What to do in case of Damaged /Defective Products

If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at [email protected] for a replacement. We will guide you about how to refund the products to us for a replacement.

What to do If I want to return a product that I have ordered?

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. How will the Money be refunded in case of product(s) returned?
